Return Process

  Securely place your jewelry in its original gift box and include the packing slip; ensure the item is packed safely to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
